The AMS Scale
The Aging Males’ Symptoms scale is a 17-item, self-assessed questionnaire covering three domains — psychological, somatic and sexual symptoms — each scored by severity to build a picture of how testosterone decline may be affecting you.
The ADAM Questionnaire
The Androgen Deficiency in Aging Males (ADAM) questionnaire is a 10-item screening tool focused on the core symptoms most strongly associated with low testosterone, such as reduced libido, low energy and loss of strength.
